You can permanently delete your CricAxis account and associated data at any time, using either method below.
Option 1 — Delete it yourself in the app
- Open the CricAxis app and sign in.
- Open the menu and go to Settings.
- Scroll to the Danger Zone section.
- Tap Delete My Account and confirm.
This takes effect immediately — your session is logged out and your account can no longer be used to sign in.
What gets deleted
- Your name, email address, and phone number are removed from our active records.
- Your account is deactivated and can no longer be used to sign in.
- All active login sessions are revoked immediately.
What may be retained
- Match scorecards and statistics you contributed to (e.g. as a scorer or player in a team match) may remain associated with the match record for the historical accuracy of that match's result, since cricket scoring is shared community data involving other players/teams. Your name on these records is not used to re-identify or contact you after deletion.
- We may retain minimal information where required to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you no longer have access to the app, email us at support@cricaxis.in from the address on your account (or include your registered mobile number) with the subject "Account Deletion Request". We'll verify and process it within a reasonable time.
