1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using the CricAxis app, website, or admin panel ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use CricAxis. By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Your account

• You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information (name, contact details, profile info) and keep it up to date.
• You may delete your account at any time — see our Account Deletion page.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the photos, posts, profile information, and other content you upload ("User Content"). By posting it, you grant CricAxis a limited license to display it within the app to operate the Service (e.g. showing your avatar on your profile, your team's logo on its page). You're responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload your content and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Impersonate another person or misrepresent match/scoring data.
• Upload abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, or illegal content.
• Harass, bully, or threaten other users.
• Attempt to interfere with, hack, or disrupt the Service.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. Tournaments, entry fees & prize pools

Organizers may list an entry fee and/or prize pool for a tournament they create. CricAxis does not collect, hold, or process any payment for these amounts — they are informational, and any financial arrangement is strictly between the organizer and participating teams/players. We are not a party to, and accept no responsibility or liability for, disputes arising from entry fees, prize payouts, or any other financial transaction conducted outside the app in connection with a tournament.

7. Scoring & statistics

Match data, scorecards, and statistics are entered by scorers/organizers and are provided "as is" for community record-keeping purposes. We don't guarantee the accuracy of user-entered scoring data.

8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CricAxis is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including disputes between users, organizers, teams, or players.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
